A minimum of 3 meetings are offered, with a recruitment officer who will accompany and advise you right through to the end of the process, with a manager and finally with a director from the business area. We will ask you for a written summary, and role playing can be expected for certain specialties.

At each meeting we are looking to properly understand the guiding light in the career path of our future employees. To help you develop your thinking and gain impact during the conversations, the recruiting officer will regularly hold a debriefing with you, whatever the result of these discussions, to focus together on what motivates you, your qualities and the way to improve your performance in these conversations. These debriefings will also provide some hopefully constructive clarification of the employment market before you.
