Developing shared knowledge

Our consultants benefit from a well established Knowledge Management (KM) system, because our knowledge lets us develop what will be the added value of Solucom tomorrow. This system thus facilitates sharing of knowledge in a group manner, without barriers between practices.

A special committee organises and manages KM within Solucom using various formats

  • Development of a shared base for structuring knowledge,  
  • Building Communities , bringing together all the members of the firm with a shared interest in a given area, whether theme-based (client relations, smart energy, green IT etc) or sectoral (energy, transportation, telecoms and others) facilitating a free exchange of what's new in the field, based on market or technology watches, as well as through asking focused questions to take advantage of both knowledge and experience
  • Weekly discussion workshops , intended for all employees, in a given topic, in a compact format of one hour on Fridays. They can also be accessed remotely live over the Internet and by audio conferences for those employees working away.
