Solucom, certified as Top Employers France 2012 by the CRF Institute

The consulting firm Solucom has just been certified as Top Employers 2012 by the CRF Institute, and so joins 39 French companies that are outstanding in the quality and implementation of their human resources policies. Top Employers, a certification issued by the CRF Institute, based on harmonised methodology throughout Europe With over 20 years of international experience in human resources management, the CRF Institute, an independent, international body, identifies and certifies model employers on the world scene. Top Employers' original certification methodology is based on comparing HR policies, programmes and practices of companies and organisations, using as a reference European best practices, weighted at the local level by a scientific committee. In France this is made up of Jean-Marie Peretti (Essec), Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts (HEC), Maurice Thévenet (Cnam) and Benjamin Chaminade (expert and consultant on talent management), and is responsible for defining and weighting the relative importance in France of the qualifying criteria that have been set at the European level. Audited companies in fact undergo a double check: an internal one by the CRF Institute and then a methodological audit by the international firm, Grant Thornton. A method based on 5 qualifying criteria Both the quality of HR practices and the commitment of HR management in managing their talents are measured according to 11 themes, which are grouped into 5 qualifying criteria:
