Solucom'meeting 2012: new edition of the recruitment event on 15 February at Baccarat House in Paris. A meeting for young graduates and young people with experience.

Solucom is planning to recruit 200 to 300 employees and more than 50 trainees in 2012. To achieve this goal and enable a further stage in its growth, the company is organizing another Solucom’meeting recruitment event on 15 February at Baccarat House in Paris.
2011/12: First step of the beginning of this new growth cycle for Solucom Solucom's objective, as set out in its strategic plan "Solucom 2015" announced in early June, is to become the number one independent consulting firm in France. The financial year of 2011/12 marks the beginning of this new growth cycle. The first phase involves an ambitious recruitment programme, with the hiring of 200 to 300 new employees and 50 to 80 trainees. Solucom, a management and IT consulting firm, is looking for young graduates and young people with experience (more than 80% of recruits) from top higher education establishments and specialized masters programmes.
Solucom’meeting 2012: A high-quality recruitment event characterized by conviviality To attract the best talent and after the success of previous session in September 2011 at Pershinghall, the firm is organizing another meeting on 15 February 2012. This new event will take place in the heart of Paris, in the refined setting of Baccarat House. 25 candidates, selected on the basis of applications and HR interviews, will have the opportunity to find out more about the firm, its strategic objectives for 2015, and the career opportunities in consulting. Candidates will be invited to a drinks and buffet reception where they will meet Solucom's CEO, Pascal Imbert, and take part in individual 45 minutes interviews with members of Solucom's top management. They will then be able to meet Solucom staff (directors, managers and consultants) in a relaxed atmosphere for further discussions.
A new edition dedicated to graduated and experimented young people, attracted by the consulting environment The profiles sought will have 0 – 2 years experience with degrees from the major engineering and/or business schools. They will be attracted by the world of consulting, and by both management and technological problems. They will have to bring added-value to our clients by helping them handle their major upgrade projects. They will need to develop simple, innovative, long-term and effective solutions together with high-level contact persons at the client.
